Sauce Maker: Bright Lime & Greens

Do you love meals with Asian flavors, but don't know how to cook them? Don't want to buy 15 different ingredients to make one dish? Bright lime & Greens has spinach, lime, turmeric , a little spicy heat ...so good.

1. Choose a protein and/or vegetable. I usually go with what I have around.
2. Mix in the Sauce Maker pouch with a can of coconut milk in the baking dish.
3. Bake at 350F for 25 -30 minutes. I like to serve with rice.
4. Tip: Make sure whatever you are adding in the sauce maker cook in the same amount of time. Example: Chicken breast and tomatoes or Fish and zucchini. If you use potatoes, cook them to soft first.
